In this role, you will partner closely with electrical, software, systems, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams to develop and implement hardware and software solutions that enable product development, design verification, manufacturing testing, and system integration activities. Responsibilities include developing firmware for microcontroller-based test equipment, creating automated test systems and fixtures, designing electrical circuits and interface hardware, supporting embedded communication protocols, and investigating product and test system issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. The engineer will also contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, FMEA activities, and documentation efforts, including requirements, specifications, test protocols, traceability, and technical reports. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in embedded firmware development, electrical engineering, test automation, and hands-on debugging, along with experience improving test coverage, reliability, and engineering efficiency.
