RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)Location: Seattle, WAHiring Bonus: $20,000 Hiring Bonus and relocation for eligible external candidatesHours: Full-TimeShift Options10-hour shifts12-hour shiftsTrusted Staffe is partnering with a leading medical center in Seattle, WA, to find an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse for their Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with highly trained professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Perform pre-operative assessments, including obtaining medical histories, administering medications, and preparing patients for surgery.Circulate in the operating room, managing supplies and equipment, monitoring patient status, and documenting care.Assist with post-operative care, including monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and providing patient education.Required QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program.Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.1 year of Nursing experience in the OR.Preferred QualificationsNational Certification in the area of specialty (e.g., CNOR) is preferred upon hire.Hospital HighlightsState-of-the-art CVOR with advanced technology and equipment.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development through continuing education and training programs.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Competitive compensation.Generous hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.To ApplyIf you are a dedicated and skilled RN with a passion for cardiac surgery nursing, we encourage you to apply today.
