The CMOE contract includes a broad scope of research and institutional facility-related maintenance, operations, and engineering support services.\nResponsibilities\nPlanning and scheduling of all proactive and reactive maintenance for high and low voltage electrical teams.\nProcure materials needed for craft task execution in a timely manner.\nWork with the Maintenance Period Coordinator and Utility Outage Coordinator to ensure all preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.\nSupport the Work Control Center as needed.\nTrack all proactive and reactive maintenance work orders by priority.\nQualifications\nU.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required. Minimum of two (2) years college or vocational training and six (6) to eight (8) years of related experience in planning and scheduling and/or maintenance field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and written with effective use of visual aids. Should be able to use computing technology for problem analysis and solution.\nWork Environment\nOffice environment.
