As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for set-up, production and quality standards including food safety, product appearance, production efficiency. Training will be provided.\n\nSchedule: Evening shift, 3PM – 1AM. Monday through Thursday. Mandatory OT on Friday paid at time and a half. There is also a potential for this to transition to a 3rd shift, M - F 9PM - 5AM opportunity, based on business needs.\n\nTraining: Training will be conducted on 1st shift then you will transition.\n\nCompetitive pay starting at $18.45/hr + $.55 shift differential on 2nd and a $1.25 shift differential on 3rd!\n\nWhen your actions lead to success:\nOperates machine to cut out parts of various specified shapes and sizes from different types of materials.\nProofread and understand all paperwork.\nPositions dies into machine, inserts shims between die and push plate to set specified gap, and locks dies into position, using wrenches.\nPlaces rolls of material in feed holders, turns knobs to synchronize action of feed rolls with die, and threads end of material through feed rolls and die for cutting. Starts machine and inspects sample cuts to determine conformity to specifications.\nFollow production quality standards, including food safety, product appearance, product cost, and production efficiency in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local guidelines, including:\nGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)\nOccupational Safety and Hazard Administration (OSHA)\nHazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)\nSafe Quality Foods (SQF)\n\nWhen your expertise drives us:\nPerforms responsibilities to expected outcomes.\nCommunicates openly, truthfully, and compassionately with respect for individual differences.\nIdentify issues and problems within manufacturing and quality processes.
