Ensure compliance with company/client policies and maintain a secure, professional environment.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be 21+ years old\nMust be willing to obtain TWIC Card\n3+ years military/law enforcement/security experience\n1+ year supervisory/management experience\nArmed State Security License required\nValid State driver’s license with clean MVR\nMust have flexibility of scheduling.\nMust Have Concealed Carry Pistol Permit.\nMust be able to assume and maintain a standing post while covering assignments for other officers.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nField Supervision & Dispatch Coordination\nManage officer schedules and assignments\nConduct field training and evaluations\nSupport logistics and dispatch operations\nSecurity Operations & Patrol\nConduct walking patrols and report safety concerns\nMonitor access points and verify credentials\nRespond to alarms/incidents per protocol\nAdministrative & Reporting\nMaintain logs and incident reports electronically\nEnforce post instructions and procedures\nUse tablets and basic computer systems for reporting\nTeam Oversight\nSupervise and support security officers\nEnsure scheduling and performance compliance\nProvide coaching and corrective guidance\nClient & Officer Interaction\nAddress concerns professionally\nMaintain communication and customer service\nEnsure uniform and conduct standards\nRequired Skills & Abilities:\nMinimum:\nFunction well in high-paced/stressful environments\nStrong written/verbal communication\nResponsive and flexible scheduling\nBasic computer/data entry and multitasking\nPreferred:\nExperience with electronic reporting systems\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite\nMinimum Physical Requirements:\nStand/sit at least 1 hour without break\nWalk ½ mile without stopping\nClimb 20 stairs without stopping\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum:\nEducation: HS Diploma or equivalent\nExperience: 3+ years of verifiable security, military, corrections or law enforcement experience.\n\nSecurity Engineers, Inc.
