As an Operations Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in coordinating inspection activities across the country, ensuring the right inspectors are in the right place at the right time to meet customer and production needs.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs the Operations Scheduler – Source Inspection Program, you'll serve as the central point of contact for inspection scheduling and coordination. Working onsite at our supplier's location, you'll partner with customers, inspectors, recruiters, and operations teams to keep inspection requests moving efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.\n\nIn this role, you'll coordinate inspection requests with a nationwide network of quality inspectors, assign work based on qualifications, availability, location, and customer priorities, and monitor inspection progress to ensure response time requirements are met. You'll proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate urgent and same-day requests, and maintain accurate scheduling records while balancing multiple competing priorities.\n\nYou'll also work closely with recruiting and operations teams to identify coverage needs in new geographic areas, monitor inspector utilization, and help drive continuous improvements that enhance scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.\n\nCompensation: $28–30/hour\n\nSchedule: Full-time\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n2+ years of scheduling, dispatching, operations coordination, logistics, or customer service experience\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to prioritize multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)\nAbility to quickly learn internal scheduling systems and customer software\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently\nHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, quality, logistics, or field service operations\nExperience coordinating remote personnel or field technicians\nFamiliarity with quality inspection or manufacturing environments\nExperience working directly with customer operations teams\n\nIf you're an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and making an impact behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!\n\nSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
