We are closed on Monday.\nResponsibilities\nSeat and greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using our Square POS system\nServe food and drinks efficiently, including special hot chocolate and coffee beverages\nProcess sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card and gift card processing\nUpsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities\nMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations\nAssist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures\nProvide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to elevate the guest experience\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly\nRequirements\nProven experience in food service or restaurant environments; breakfast dining experience is a plus\nStrong knowledge of POS systems such as Square\nExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach\nAbility to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly\nBasic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently\nFood safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices required; food handling experience preferred\nPrior experience in serving, bussing, cashiering or host/hostess roles is beneficial\nAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed\nJoin us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
