This position will sell specialty chemicals and consumables into the foundry and metal casting industries. A successful candidate will have experience selling into industrial metalworking markets. These factories are steel toe boot / hard hat environments. This position will work from a home office in Central or Northern Indiana.Job Duties:Maintain and develop maximum sales consistent with Company goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for sales expansion and recommend specific action plans to accomplish and provide proper liaison between customers and production, laboratory, technical service, and management functions.Demonstrates products/services and assists in the selection of products/services most applicable to customers’ needs.Demonstrates and familiarizes established accounts with new products/services and developments.Communicates pricing, terms, delivery dates, etc. on orders, subject to the approval of management.Respond promptly to all needs and requests from within territory (e.g., customer concerns, technical issues, etc.).
