In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end of business-critical enterprise applications.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business needs and are built in accordance with enterprise architecture guidelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.\nOwn end-to-end feature development, from concept to deployment.\nIdentify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability concerns.\nDesign, Develop & Maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.\nJob Competencies / Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.\n5+ years of solid hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on developing high-quality, scalable software applications.\nStrong proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks - Java, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Spring JPA, Node.js\nSolid experience with developing User Interface using frontend technologies like JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, Angular, CSS, HTML\nExperience with AWS Cloud services and serverless computing – EC2 , ECS, AWS Lambda, S3 , SQS\nStrong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries\nExperience with other programming languages, such as Python, is a plus.\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.\nExperience with AI tools like Claude Code, Amazon Kiro, and GitHub Copilot is a plus.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nWhy Join Stretto?\nAt Stretto, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that’s dedicated to innovation, excellence, and growth.
