Over the past 8 years, the company has grown to three ready-mix facilities, including new locations over the past year, with additional growth planned in the next 12 months to double the size of the company. The role is based in the Lutz, FL area, where the company is currently setting up a new office.\n\nThey are seeking an experienced Controller to build a dedicated finance function during a period of significant growth. This is a newly created position — you'll have real ownership to build the processes, controls, and team the way you think they should work, with the scope of the role — and the finance department's structure itself — expected to grow right alongside the company's expansion.\n\nExpect to start hands-on and in the details, with the opportunity to grow your team as new facilities come online.
