Cloud AdministratorPivotal Health📍 Fargo, ND (On Site) This is not a remote role and you must live in the Fargo area.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMPosition SummaryPivotal Health is seeking a Cloud Administrator to help scale, secure, and optimize our environment as we continue to grow. This role will serve as the primary point of responsibility for cloud systems, working closely with IT teams and leadership to design, implement, and maintain cloud based solutions that support our nationwide healthcare operations.This is a hands on role ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they can build, improve, and own the cloud ecosystem while collaborating with a broader team.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day to day administration of cloud environments, primarily Amazon Web Services and Microsoft AzureManage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, identity services, and resource allocationMonitor system performance, availability, and security across all cloud platformsImplement and maintain cloud security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance standardsSupport, test, and implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planningCollaborate with IT leadership on cloud architecture, strategy, and long term scalabilityPartner with engineering, software development, and compliance teamsManage cost optimization initiatives and provide visibility into cloud spendAutomate deployments and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code toolsSupport integrations with internal systems such as ADP, HealthStream, and other business critical platformsTroubleshoot system issues and provide escalation support for infrastructure related incidentsMaintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurationsQualificationsRequired1-2 years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineeringHands on experience with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft AzureStrong understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, VPNs, firewalls, and DNSExperience with identity and access management, including IAM, Azure AD, and SSOFamiliarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or BashExperience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability environmentsPreferredExperience in healthcare or HIPAA compliant environmentsCertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or similarExperience with virtualization and hybrid environmentsExposure to DevOps practices and software developmentExperience with monitoring toolsWhat You’ll BringStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to operate independently while partnering with IT leadershipProblem solving mindset with a focus on scalability and efficiencyClear communication skills with both technical and non technical teamsEqual Opportunity & Compliance StatementsSTATEMENT OF POLICY: MedBridge is an equal opportunity employer.
