Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Estate Planning Paralegal located in Southlake, TX. The Estate Planning Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing documents related to estate planning and probate processes. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients to gather information, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring adherence to court deadlines and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including Wills, Trusts, and probate formsKnowledge of Law and Estate Planning processesStrong skills in Communication and client interactionExperience in conducting thorough Research and Document ReviewAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency with legal research tools and case management softwareParalegal certification or relevant legal training is preferredPrior experience in estate planning or probate law is an advantage
