Job DescriptionHours: 20 – 40 hours per weekWe are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the Ethics & Compliance team’s Conflicts of Interest (COI) program. This role will be responsible for reviewing COI disclosures, administering intake workflows, responding to employees regarding their submissions, and ensuring compliance with established COI policies, procedures, and process documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview incoming COI disclosures and supporting documentation.Process submissions in accordance with established COI policies, procedures, and workflow guidance.Communicate with submitters to request additional information, clarify disclosures, and provide status updates.Track intake volume, monitor case progress, and maintain accurate records within the COI management system.Identify and escalate urgent or time-sensitive submissions requiring expedited review.Conduct proactive outreach to employees and stakeholders to facilitate timely responses and case resolution.Support reporting and metrics related to COI intake, response times, and program activities.Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance team members to ensure consistent application of COI review processes.
