You'll help lift that load.Be Adventurous – Rediscover the world through a child's eyes while encouraging curiosity and joy.Be in Charge – Manage safety, provide structure, and create fulfilling days that make a lasting impact.Compensation + Benefits:Paid training + professional developmentAll work within 15–20 miles of your homeWe reimburse caregivers for up to 20 miles of their round trip, starting after the first 20 miles traveled.About You: Able to provide 3 references : 2 non-family childcare-related (paid or unpaid) and 1 character referenceAt least 1 year of childcare experience (special needs experience a plus!)Compassionate, reliable, and safety-focusedMinimum age: 18 years oldReliable vehicle + valid driver's licenseCPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain—we'll reimburse you!)Available for shifts of at least 4 hours (evenings are often requested more than mornings)Comfortable working with children ages 6 months–12+ yearsMust be able to lift 35 lbs, be active, and react quickly to ensure child safetyWorking Conditions & Requirements:Active, kid-centered environment including play, activities, and clean-upSome time spent outdoors, weather permittingInvolves lifting, bending, squatting, and frequent movement throughout the dayAbility to remain calm and effective in emergent situationsSo, apply today!
