We need developers who can think independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of a problem from concept through solution.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n* *3–5+ years of professional software development experience*\n* Strong professional experience with *Vanilla PHP*\n* Strong *MySQL/database* experience\n* Full-stack development experience\n* Working knowledge of *JavaScript, HTML, and CSS*\n* Experience maintaining and improving existing production applications\n* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills\n* Ability to work within and understand an established codebase\n* Ability to take a business problem and independently develop a technical solution\n* Creative problem-solving skills\n* Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a *high-volume, fast-changing environment*\n\n*Professional experience matters to us.* The 3–5 years we're looking for means experience developing software in a professional environment—not school assignments, coursework, bootcamp exercises, or academic projects.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\n* Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our proprietary Case Management Systems\n* Develop new functionality based on real-world business needs\n* Work directly with legal teams and system users\n* Translate business problems and user requests into technical solutions\n* Diagnose and correct application and database issues\n* Process tickets involving errors, functionality, enhancements, and system changes\n* Improve existing workflows and functionality\n* Develop custom solutions for problems that may not have an obvious answer\n* Help transition functionality from our older system into our newer platform\n* Support reporting, integrated email/fax, document generation, and financial functionality\n\n*Our Environment*\n\nOur technology is centered around *Vanilla PHP and MySQL*, with MySQL database tables across multiple servers and front-end functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\n\nThese are proprietary systems built specifically around the needs of our organization.
