Smith Maintenance Apprenticeship Program is a paid, full?time, 4?year training program designed to develop highly skilled maintenance technicians for our McBee manufacturing facility. This 8,000?hour program combines on?the?job learning, structured mentorship, and in?person classroom instruction through Northeastern Technical College (NETC). Apprentices rotate through multiple maintenance areas, gaining exposure to a wide range of equipment, systems, and technologies used in modern manufacturing.
