Title: Senior SAP BW on HANA ConsultantLocation: Austin, TX Type: ContractYears of experience: 12+Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP BW on HANA Consultant to join our team and contribute as a key individual contributor in delivering end-to-end SAP BW on HANA solutions. This role requires strong expertise in data modeling, HANA-native development, and analytics, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.Required Skills:12+ years of relevant SAP BW/HANA experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA.Expertise in Native SAP HANA Modeling.Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.Experience with performance tuning and optimization.Working knowledge of SAP BOBJ and SAP Analytics Cloud. Preferred Skills:SAP Certifications.Prior client-facing consulting experience.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop robust data models using SAP BW on HANA and Native HANA.Build and optimize ETL/data integration processes from multiple source systems.Develop HANA artifacts such as SQL Script, Calculation Views, Stored Procedures, and Table Functions.Analyze and improve system performance through tuning and optimization techniques.Develop and support reports/dashboards using SAP BOBJ and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
