Join us and become part of a growing organization where your contributions make a meaningful impact.\n\nWe are looking for a qualified, local OSP Construction Coordinator.\n\nFor this role, we need qualified individuals to provide field support and oversee day-to-day operations on aerial and underground fiber optic construction projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nVerify that all existing underground and aerial facilities are correctly located per customer's requirements, city records, and field conditions;\nPerform field evaluation of proposed projects and ensure alternative routing delivers the most cost-effective design for construction;\nEnsure designs are in accordance with the customer's specifications and guidelines, and within the allocated budget;\nProficiently coordinate with State and/or local municipalities as well as with other utilities or departments;\nCoordinate all customer implementation activities including site walk-throughs, hub and/or node placements, and subcontract labor;\nEnsure the produced work meets or exceeds quality standards.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nA valid, unrestricted Driver's License;\nStrong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines;\nAbility to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather;\nAbility to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction;\nAbility to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.\n\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance plans (health, dental, vision);\nWhole Life Insurance;\n401k Plan;\nPTO/Paid Holidays;\nGreat Work Environment;\nCareer Advancement Opportunities;\nAll necessary tools, equipment, supplies provided;\nCompany Vehicle and Fuel Card provided.\n\nAbout Utilities One\nWe specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
