Regular travel is required between our dealerships in Norman, Midwest City, and Oklahoma City. This position is ideal for a recruiter who is comfortable managing a high-volume workload while supporting approximately 20-30 hires per month across multiple departments and locations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for 35-40 active openings across Cavender Auto Family dealerships in Norman, Midwest City, and Oklahoma CityRecruit for a variety of dealership positions including:Sales ConsultantsService AdvisorsAutomotive TechniciansAccounting & Office RolesSales ManagersF&I ManagersPorter & Support StaffDevelop and execute recruiting strategies through job boards, sourcing, career fairs, social media, networking, and community outreachPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver strong hiring resultsReview resumes, screen candidates, and maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking systemConduct initial interviews, coordinate next steps, extend offers, and guide candidates through the hiring processDeliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through onboardingNegotiate offers and help close candidates in a competitive hiring marketMaintain organization, urgency, and follow-through while balancing multiple priorities Qualifications3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentAbility to manage 25-30 active requisitions simultaneouslyExperience using applicant tracking systems to source, track, and manage candidatesHands-on sourcing experience with Indeed and other recruiting platformsStrong organization, communication, time-management, and follow-through skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel for dealership visits, career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreachFlexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs requireSelf-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityComfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Join Cavender Auto Family and help us continue building high-performing teams while delivering an outstanding hiring experience across our Oklahoma dealerships.
