This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting practices while working closely with experienced finance team members.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processingPrepare and post journal entries under supervisionReconcile bank statements and general ledger accountsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport month-end and year-end close activitiesAssist with financial reports, spreadsheets, and auditsTrack expenses and ensure proper coding of transactionsRespond to internal inquiries related to accounting dataEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsPerform other accounting and administrative duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyStrong communication and teamwork skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress)One to Two years' experience.
