Job Description Client Summary:Healthcare technology company operating at the intersection of genomics and reproductive medicineProvides advanced screening and diagnostic solutions that support clinical decision-making in a specialized care settingPlatform enables early identification of hereditary risk factors to improve patient outcomesPartners with specialized provider organizations to integrate data-driven insights into existing clinical workflowsPositioned in a high-growth segment of precision medicine with a focus on expanding access and improving the standard of care Position Responsibilities:Identify and develop relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, and IVF centersConduct scientific presentations and product demonstrations to medical professionalsEducate healthcare providers on the benefits and clinical applications of whole genome embryo screeningPartner with clinic staff to integrate Orchid's testing into their IVF workflowsManage the entire sales cycle from initial clinic outreach to contract signature and implementationBuild and maintain strong relationships with fertility doctors, embryologists, and clinic administratorsCollaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and testing processesProvide ongoing support to partner clinics and address any technical or procedural questionsWork with our genetic counseling team to ensure proper patient counseling and educationTrack clinic performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth within existing accountsStay current on fertility industry trends, competitive genetic testing landscape, and reproductive technology advancementsUnderstand regulatory requirements and industry standards for genetic testing in reproductive medicineAttend fertility conferences, medical meetings, and industry events to build network and stay informedProvide feedback to product development team on clinic needs and market opportunities Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeExperience selling to REIs / IVF networks3+ years of proven B2B selling to fertility centers/REIs; experience selling preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) is a plus but not requiredExperience managing a teamA track record of translating scientific results into new productsExcellent scientific communication skills with ability to explain complex genetic concepts to medical professionalsStrong presentation and demonstration abilities for clinical audiencesExperience with consultative selling and complex sales cyclesProficiency in CRM software (we currently use Zoho)Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Compensation $100k-$120k, Health Insurance
