This is a collaborative role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to align AI solutions with business goals.\r\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role\r\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with exposure to financial or legal systems.\r\n2–3 years of hands on experience in AI/ML roles, including prompt engineering for LLMs.\r\nProficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.\r\nStrong experience with AWS services, especially SageMaker, S3, Redshift, and Lambda.\r\nSolid understanding of financial data, KPIs, and reporting standards.\r\nExperience building and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines.\r\nFamiliarity with LLMs such as Anthropic Claude or Sonnet.\r\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including data scientists and business stakeholders.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nExperience with vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone.\r\nKnowledge of retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.\r\nExposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\r\nUnderstanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's Degreein Computer Science or a related field is required.\r\nCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
