The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and reusable platform capabilities that enable enterprise-wide adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.\r\nThe ideal candidate will have strong Python development expertise, experience building production-grade applications and distributed systems, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.\r\n10+ years of overall software engineering and development experience.\r\n5+ years of hands-on Python development experience building and maintaining production-grade applications or libraries.\r\nStrong experience with Python, type annotations, automated testing, and static analysis.\r\nProduction development experience with a statically typed language such as Java or C#.\r\nStrong understanding of software design principles, data structures, modular architecture, and dependency management.\r\nExperience with Dependency Injection (DI) and Inversion of Control (IoC).\r\nHands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and integration testing.\r\nExperience designing and developing APIs and SDKs.\r\nStrong experience with Kubernetes workload development, management, and deployment.\r\nExperience with multiprocessing, multithreading, asynchronous I/O, and performance profiling.\r\nExperience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitOps, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.\r\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\r\nNice-to-Have Skills:Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.\r\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform).\r\nUnderstanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.\r\nExperience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Cortex.\r\nKnowledge of Microservices Architecture and public/private cloud environments.\r\nExperience with SQL databases, Redis, and Kafka.\r\nStrong understanding of AI Agents, Agentic Orchestration, and Multi-Agent Workflow Automation.\r\nHands-on experience with Agent Builder frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Agent Framework.\r\nExperience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.\r\nUnderstanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
