In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling Field Service teams with the data, knowledge, and digital tools needed to improve service efficiency, drive first-time-right outcomes, and reduce equipment installation and maintenance cycle times at customer sites.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of data engineering, application development, and operational enablement, ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems by integrating systems and building impactful solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop internal digital applications and tools that streamline and digitize installation, maintenance, and service workflows\nEnable analytics use cases by structuring and modeling data for reporting, dashboards, and operational decision-making\nConsolidate and deliver knowledge from multiple sources into user-friendly tools and applications for field teams\nBuild and manage data pipelines that integrate data from enterprise systems, vendor sources, and operational environments to support analytics and business insights\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Service, IT, Product) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions\nEnhance user experience and usability of tools used by field engineers, focusing on simplicity, reliability, and efficiency\nPartner with IT and platform teams to ensure integration, deployment, and ongoing support of solutions\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n3+ years of professional industry experience\nExperience in data integration\nExperience with mobile / handheld devices and web application development\nExperience building internal tools, applications, or automation solutions\nStrong programming skills in Python (required); experience with modern C++ is a plus\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)\nExperience building engineering tools, diagnostic interfaces, or HMIs (e.g., Python frameworks, LabVIEW)\nFamiliarity with knowledge management systems or search platforms\nExposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled applications\n\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nDirect impact on field operations and customer outcomes\nOpportunity to work across data, applications, and real-world engineering systems\nHigh visibility with multiple business functions\nAbility to shape and scale digital capabilities in a growing organization\nNote: Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship\nApply today to be part of what's next.\nWe make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
