In this hands-on role, you will set up, operate, and monitor winding equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency. Shift is 7am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLoad materials and set up wide and small winders according to job specifications.\nOperate winding equipment to convert master rolls into finished products.\nMonitor product quality throughout the production process.\nCut custom cores as needed to support production requirements.\nApply headers, labels, and barcodes to finished rolls.\nComplete production schedules and job documentation accurately.\nPerform basic equipment maintenance and lubrication.\nMaintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nLift up to 80 pounds repeatedly.\nStand and operate equipment for up to 7 hours per shift.\nFrequently walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry materials.\nUse manual dexterity to operate production equipment safely.\n\nQualifications\n\nAbility to operate a tow motor/forklift or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong math and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nExperience operating production machinery, working with manufacturing materials, and operating a tow motor/forklift is preferred.
