This role involves coordinating efforts across various departments to achieve seamless service delivery. Additionally, the Program Manager will emphasize clear documentation of all work performed in Oracle, supporting the Vertiv Service Business, including forecasting for specific lines of business. The position requires providing focused direction and communication to align with the company's mission and vision.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate cross functional teams to ensure services are delivered as expected by the customer\r\nIdentify root causes of broken processes and collaborate with the CI team to implement fixes for the future.\r\nDevelop programs within the Service Delivery business segment to maximize revenue growth.\r\nReview, recommend and implement policies and resources toward growth and profitability.\r\nAnalyze opportunities within the Service Delivery segment and institute required changes to ensure maximum revenue, productivity, and profit.\r\nSet strategic direction to exceed revenue growth targets in all areas (with specific focus on Start-up, PM assignments and T&M opportunities).\r\nDevelop, plan and implement processes to solve problems and improve performance.\r\nMonitor and Report Key Performance Indicators and make adjustments as needed to insure attainment of assigned Vertiv Services goals.\r\nOther duties and special projects as assigned.\r\nQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications:\r\nBachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience.\r\n3 - 5 years’ service experience\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\r\nDemonstrated customer service resolution skills.\r\nUnderstanding of the Vertiv Service’s line of business and services\r\nAbility to work with minimum supervision.\r\nHighly detail oriented. Strong organizational skills are critical.\r\nOracle experience.\r\nProblem solving skills.\r\nAbility to interact with all levels with the organization.\r\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities.\r\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.\r\nAbility to learn, document and train new processes.\r\nOther duties & special projects as required.\r\nTravel may be required.\r\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\r\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
