Demonstrated understanding ofhealth care practices , including patient safety, daily living support, and person-centered care. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Physical and Mental Demands Must maintaingood physical and mental healthwith the ability to perform duties objectively under stress. Ability tostand and/or walk for the majority of the workday . Regularly required topush or pull equipmentand assist registrants in wheelchairs.
