Java / Selenium","description":"SOFT's client located in Philadelphia, PA ( Hybrid / Remote ) is looking for a SDET - Java / Selenium for a long term contract assignment.\nQualifications:\nMust have Skills – Soft skills Team player, troubleshooting issues/problem solving, strong analytical thinking\n• Must have Skills – Technical skills Familiar with Source control like Git, Build and maintain CI pipeline like Jenkins/ GitLab Hands on experience in API testing like Rest Assured, Karate, Postman Hands on experience in Cypress or similar javascript testing frameworks, Database testing, Mobile testing, Java/JavaScript/any other programming languages\nGood to have Skills Selenium WebDriver automation (Java/python), Experienced with Azure + Sitecore, Familiarity with AWS, Appian Process automation, Low code testing automation tools\nExperience level Overall – 5-7 years\nRelevant automated testing tools - 3-5 years\nEducation Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent significant experience in information technology and software testing is required.\nRemote / Hybrid\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in requirements gathering sessions and translate functional and technical requirements into comprehensive test cases and test scripts.\nPerform functional, integration, system, regression and/or performance test.\nDesign, develop and execute automation scripts using approved tools.\nWrite and execute API and Webservice Tests using Java libraries, Junit, TestNg.\nEvaluate software performance and current test methodologies, recommend process improvements.\nManage defects and collaborate with development staff to resolve issues.\n• Plan and estimate testing efforts in collaboration with project team\n• Primary assigned to 1 project + exposure and collaborate with QE from multiple projects\n• Will be part of an Agile team with developers, etc.\nJob Types: Full-time, Contract\nPay: $70.00 -
