The ideal Administrative Program Coordinator candidate will exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive student information with discretion, and contribute to the smooth coordination of daily program functions.\n\nWhat you get to do every single day:\n\nManage a high volume of monthly student document requests, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and delivered in accordance with partner institution expectations.\nCoordinate student elective application activity during peak periods by tracking submissions, organizing records, and helping keep applications on schedule.\nSupport assessment administration by entering evaluation data into the designated system and maintaining accurate documentation.\nAssist with examination logistics, including proctoring support and related administrative coordination.\nPrepare and distribute recurring student roster reports to affiliated institutions on a monthly basis.\nOversee day-to-day activity within student application platforms by reviewing submissions, identifying incomplete files, and following up to help ensure timely completion.\nVerify student credentials, assemble required supporting materials, and facilitate submission of documentation to external organizations and supervisors.\nCreate and manage written communications, reports, memoranda, and other administrative materials while also handling incoming mail and additional program support tasks as needed.\nOther requirements for the Administrative Program Coordinator position include and are not limited to:\n\nDemonstrated experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced, high-volume setting.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling records, forms, and time-sensitive documentation.\nAbility to work with confidential information responsibly and maintain discretion at all times.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.\nExperience supporting scheduling, coordination, and general administrative operations.\nFamiliarity with academic or administrative systems such as Banner, Blackboard, or E-Value is preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear correspondence and assist a wide range of stakeholders.\nInterested candidates should reach out to Tori Gill at 215.568.4580 and reference JO# 03720-0013483285\n\nTalentMatch ®\n\nRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
