This role requires a combination of senior-level skillsets, including systems analyst, business analyst, programmer, LMS system administration, business and technical writing, and project management.\n\nSummary:\n\nC² Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Applications Programmer V to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining business and technical solutions to meet client needs, supporting the client as a technical advisor, providing expertise as a solutions architect, designing and developing solutions to complex issues, and acting as an intermediary between the content team, LMS team, and DHS stakeholders.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSystems Analysis and Solution Design:\nDetermine business and technical solutions to meet client needs.\nProvide expertise as a solutions architect and design/develop solutions to complex issues.\nAct as an intermediary between the content team, LMS team, and DHS stakeholders.\nSupport the client as a technical advisor.\n\nTechnical Support and Development:\nDevelop and implement data migration plans between systems.\nManage multiple environments such as development, prototype, and production to ensure optimal performance.\nProvide expert-level technical support and perform help desk functions with quick resolution.\nManage and maintain custom PHP, 508-compliant, HTML, XML, CSS, SCORM-conformant, CMi5, xAPI asynchronous and synchronous course pages with integrated learning applications.\nQuality Assurance and Reporting:\nGenerate and interpret regular reports on system performance, user engagement, course completions, and training effectiveness.\nEnsure all LMS content complies with accessibility standards and is optimized for user experience.\n\nCollaboration and Communication:\nWork closely with internal and external customers to gather and verify system requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with team members regarding project status and any issues.\nParticipate in team meetings and provide updates on LMS administration activities.\n\nRequirements:\nA minimum of 15 years of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst working with Learning Management Systems.\nA minimum of 15 years of experience serving Federal Government clients as a technical advisor with eTraining systems and courseware solutions.\nA 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.\nProven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficiency in project management software and tools.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\n\nPreferred:\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nThis is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements, or working conditions as indicated by the client.
