IT Systems & Support Specialist

About the RoleWe're looking for an IT Systems & Support Specialist to join our team at Aalberts hydronic flow control North America.This is a hands-on role supporting both office and production environments. You'll be the go-to person helping keep our systems running, our teams supported, and our operations moving. From troubleshooting day-to-day issues to supporting system improvements, your work will have a direct impact on how we operate.If you enjoy solving problems, working across teams, and being in an environment where no two days look the same, this is a great fit.What You'll DoProvide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network issues (Tier 1–2)Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and production devices (including RF handhelds)Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, shared resources)Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and label printing systemsManage user access, permissions, and accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365Assist with basic network and infrastructure support (Wi-Fi, VPN, switches)Support production floor systems and ERP-related needs (NetSuite experience is a plus)Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quicklyContribute to system upgrades, improvements, and ongoing IT initiativesWhat You Bring2+ years of IT support or systems experienceStrong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networkingAbility to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with all types of usersExperience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a plusA hands-on, solutions-oriented mindsetFishers, IN (on-site with occasional travel to Bedford, IN)
