set cycles, air pressures, water temperatures; position labelers; change/adjust reamers and trim stations; configure material inspection systems; synchronize sequence timing.\nCoordinate production schedules for optimal efficiency and productivity.\nIdentify and execute line improvements to elevate productivity and product quality.\nProcess new molds/tooling and lock in efficient operating windows.\nQualifications\nBS or AS in mechanical/plastics engineering or related discipline.\nExperience with reheat blow processes and automation.\nProficiency with Aoki (ISBM/IBM/IM), Uniloy (IBM), and Zhongya (IM) equipment.\nRoot cause analysis and hands-on troubleshooting capability.\nOven profile setup expertise.\nExperience with infeed/outfeed conveyor systems.\nLeadership and decision-making skills;
