Provides strong team leadership of the customer team to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.\nPrior experience with an EMS contract manufacturer with an emphasis in Medical Device/Aerospace Defense electronics manufacturing (PCBA and box build)\nPrior management of 50 Million+ P&L\nISO 13485 and AS 9100\nPCBA, Box Build and SMT operations in a highly regulated environment\nBachelor's degree in engineering or business\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDirect P&L responsibility for assign customers/accounts.\nDirect and lead customer team activities as senior day-to-day customer contact and escalation point, managing customer concerns, following up on corrective actions leading issues to completion\nDirect multiple team tasks, to include but not limited to, continuous improvement programs, business analysis, quoting and pricing, contract reviews, change management, on-time delivery, inventory and forecasting\nBuild customer relationships and business development and collaborate in forecasting and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and attainment of business unit objectives\nProvide centralized management authority over all business and technical aspects of a customer account\nManage customer interface and support customer critical issues to completion\nDirect new product introduction programs and coordinate or develop applicable proposals and quoting activities\nPromote DFx philosophy with customers and within the customer team\nEnsure all team responsibilities noted above include any applicable inter-company activities (those that involve other Benchmark sites)\nDirectly supervise Account Managers, Programs Managers and Project Specialists and is responsible for their performance reviews and development\nIndirectly supervise the extended customer team members (i.e. Schedulers, Supply Chain Analysts, Product Engineers and Configuration Analysts)\nAssist in the development and renewal of contracts with the customer\nReview Business Unit inventory position and assist teams in developing strategies to manage inventory levels\nSupport and actively participate in senior divisional management activities\nImplement programs and proactively recommend improvements that lead to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction as measured by the customer\nInterface between key managers of customer team members to ensure effective customer team deployment\nMonitor and support critical material issues as they arise within the business\nReview all contractual documents for adequacy and completeness\nDevelop a strong knowledge of the customer’s product, utilization, strategies and requirements to support transitional activity\nMonitor and manage excess and slow-moving inventories\nAssist other team members as needed to ensure customer needs are met\nEstablish necessary reports and monitoring systems to maintain program visibility and control through Operations and Administration\nMeet with senior level customer representatives to ensure information exchange and enhanced responsiveness as required\nFacilitate and direct the presentation of program status reviews to ensure management visibility, customer approval and internal coordination\nOversee the monitoring and control of budgets and schedules to meet program requirements and take corrective action, as required, to correct unfavorable variances\nWork with the division leadership team to develop the annual department business plan based on corporate objectives\nSupport sales activities from the Business Development Team\nAll employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.\nPOSITION MEASUREMENTS:\nPosition performance may be measured from a combination of Corporate and Divisional Balanced Score Card Goals which will include but not limited to Financial Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Excellence and Employee Focus.\nIndividual position performance goals may be specific to the position, business segment or as it related to an individual’s contribution or employment within the organization.\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:\n4 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management\n8+ years of program management experience\n5+ years in a leadership role;
