You will lead by example, motivate the team, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.\nResponsibilities:\nTeam Leadership: Supervise and direct team members during your shift, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to maintain a high level of performance.\nCustomer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that all team members are friendly, attentive, and focused on delivering a memorable dining experience.\nFood Quality and Safety: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.\nShift Management: Maintain an organized and clean restaurant environment throughout the shift.
