Demonstrate member-centric customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\n\nMonitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during squash lessons on proper techniques, tactics and strategies to improve their overall squash game. Approximately 80% of working time should be spent in on-court instruction.\nDevelops safe, professional, and comprehensive squash lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score.\nCreates exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments and special events, fully utilizing available marketing support and tools, and ensures all squash courts and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.\nEnsures proper registration and billing for squash students and programming. Ensures all lessons/programs are booked in the Life Time court scheduling software and follow all company SOPs.\nParticipates in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, ensuring Squash is an integral component of the Life Time brand. Attends department and \"all club\" meetings.\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nHigh School Graduate or equivalent\nExcellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude\nThorough knowledge of the game of squash and possesses effective teaching styles and techniques\nExcellent communication, time management, and organization skills\nComfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds\nAuthorized to work in the US or Canada, depending on work location\nSquash Level 1 Certified- or European Equivalent\nCPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire\n\n Preferred Requirements\n\n1 or more years’ experience in Squash Instruction\n\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
