Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Midland-Odessa Area for a Pulling Unit Floor Hand. The role involves performing manual labor to support the operation and maintenance of pulling units, including handling pipe, assisting with completions, and working alongside a team to ensure efficient and safe operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and contributing to the completion and servicing of wells. Qualifications Understanding and experience with Pipe and Drilling operations.Knowledge of Completion processes and related procedures.Strong Communication skills for working effectively with the team and management.Willingness to undergo necessary Training for skill development and safe practices.Commitment to following safety protocols and performing physical labor in varying outdoor conditions.Previous experience in pulling unit operations or oil field work is an advantage.Ability to work well in a team and maintain a strong work ethic.
