ERP Platform Developer A dynamic ERP platform developer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining integrations and custom applications connecting Workday and Ariba with internal and external systems. This position involves leveraging modern integration practices and contributing to a strategic transition to SAP Ariba's Business Technology Platform, supporting the evolution of enterprise resource planning capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns and maintains integrations between Workday, Ariba, and external systems using tools such as Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and Orchestrate.Develops and sustains custom Workday Extend applications to enhance platform functionality.Supports integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba, ensuring seamless data flow and operational stability.Builds and optimizes master and transactional data integrations within Ariba.Collaborates with IT teams to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot integration environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Contributes to SAP Ariba BTP transition initiatives by adopting new capabilities such as Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.Applies software engineering principles to manage the full lifecycle of integrations, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Provides on-call support and troubleshooting for integration environments, resolving issues promptly.Coordinates with third-party vendors and internal teams on data-related inquiries and integration requirements.Implements monitoring, alerting, and error handling procedures to maintain reliable integration operations.Required QualificationsExpertise in web service and API technologies: WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XSLT.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Groovy.Experience with integration design and development for cloud-based platforms.3-5 years of Workday integration development experience and/or 3-5 years of Ariba integration development experience.Hands-on experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connector, EIBs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Orchestration.Experience utilizing Ariba REST APIs, ITK, and Configuration Management.Strong background in managing master and transactional data integrations.Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integrations.Ability to work effectively with third-party vendors and internal teams on data inquiries.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP Ariba's Business Technology Platform (BTP).Knowledge of Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.Prior experience in a mature ERP environment with a focus on platform transition projects.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.About Delphi-US - Peacemakers in the Talent War Delphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
