This role oversees leasing execution, marketing initiatives, and team performance, ensuring alignment with company standards and achievement of property goals.What You'll DoLeasing & Sales LeadershipLead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing effortsEnsure leasing goals, occupancy targets, and revenue objectives are achievedMaintain high standards for tour experience and sales executionEnsure model units and tour paths are always show-readyMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plansAnalyze market trends, university data, and competitive positioningAdjust strategies to optimize traffic, conversions, and occupancyManage marketing channels, advertising sources, and contentCampus & Community EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with university departments and organizationsIdentify and execute marketing opportunities tied to campus events and calendarsCoordinate outreach efforts including housing fairs, student events, and local initiativesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentAssist General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching leasing team membersDevelop training programs focused on leasing, touring, and customer experienceManage leasing team schedules and performance expectationsProvide ongoing feedback and development supportReporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metricsConduct market research including enrollment trends and housing developmentsPrepare and analyze reports to inform strategy and decision-makingCompliance & AdministrationReview and approve leasing files for accuracy and completenessEnsure adherence to company policies and leasing proceduresMaintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulationsAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support property successWhat We're Looking ForRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong sales and leasing experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platformsDemonstrated leadership and team development skillsAbility to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframePreferred QualificationsExperience in student housing or multifamily property managementFamiliarity with property management or CRM systemsWork SchedulePrimarily Monday–FridayExtended hours, evenings, and weekends required based on leasing activity and business needsPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk the property and conduct tours regularlyFrequent use of computer and office equipmentAbility to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formatsOccasionally lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight as neededWhy Join B.HOM?Competitive compensation + leasing and performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company match12-weeks Paid Parental LeaveCompany Paid Sabbatical Leave12 company-paid holidaysBirthday holidayPaid Time Off — Starting at 120 hours per yearSick and safe timeShort and long-term disability insurancePet insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationA people-first culture focused on development and successB.HOM is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
