You will see your strategies come to life on the shop floor, creating a safer, more efficient, and more effective manufacturing environment for everyone.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and mentor cross-functional teams, guiding them to implement impactful Lean and Six Sigma improvements on the shop floor.\nUse your expertise in Value Stream Mapping and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and design smarter, more efficient processes.\nDive deep into complex challenges, leading root cause analysis efforts to solve problems permanently and prevent them from recurring.\nAct as a Lean champion and coach , training teams on methodologies like Kaizen and 5S to build a culture of continuous improvement across the site.\nPartner with production leaders to develop and execute tactical improvement plans that deliver measurable results against our key business goals.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nA Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.\nDeep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a Green Belt certification being highly preferred.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects to achieve significant, measurable improvements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in value stream mapping and root cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with SAP or similar MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n\nThis position requires the use of information or access to technology which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
