In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, meeting strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative production lines and advance your skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.\nDuties\nOperate a range of machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment to produce parts according to technical specifications.\nInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to set up and adjust machines accurately.\nUse precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.\nTroubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.\nHandle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling tools; perform basic fabrication tasks as needed.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards in production environments.\nAssist with tooling setup, changeovers, and calibration of machinery for different production runs.\nConduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet specifications and standards.\nDocument production activities accurately, including shift reports, inspection logs, and maintenance records.\nExperience\nProven experience operating CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC programming is highly preferred.\nFamiliarity with Fanuc controls or other programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation.\nHands-on experience with blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, shop math, and technical drawing analysis.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes including stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake operations, and fabrication techniques.\nAbility to use precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges confidently for dimensional verification.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with a focus on safety standards in production.\nBasic understanding of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software or CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming is advantageous.\nStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively.\nPrior experience with packaging operations or assembly line work is a plus but not required.\nJoin us in creating high-quality products through precision machining and innovative manufacturing techniques!
