You’ll contribute to building and improving the software that supports this technology, working alongside experienced engineers to develop new features, improve existing functionality, troubleshoot issues, and write reliable, maintainable code.You’ll contribute throughout the software development lifecycle—from understanding problems andrequirements to implementing and testing solutions, participating in code reviews, and helping deliverchanges to production. Along the way, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of Pathware’s products,systems, and engineering practices while learning how to make thoughtful technical decisions in a real-world production environment.This is a hands-on role for someone early in their software engineering career who is curious, eager tolearn, and excited to take increasing ownership as they grow.
