We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee and optimize our essential support functions across multiple healthcare facilities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.Job Summary: The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing housekeeping, laundry, and culinary services and teams across multiple sites. Travel is required. A company car will be provided for you. This position requires a dynamic individual who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to their teams.Assistant Manager ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Operational ExcellenceOversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your region.Quality AssuranceEstablish and maintain quality control standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Compliance And SafetyEnsure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.Ensure contract compliance at each location.Be present for all CMS Inspections as well as Joint Commission.Communication And CollaborationFoster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executivesAct as a Human Resources liaisonQualificationsStrong knowledge of all facets of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Culinary Services within the healthcare industry.Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple facilities and departments effectively.Above average computer skills.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceRetirement Savings Plan with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany VehicleSalary: $21 - $23 per hour
