The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner. These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools. The TTO is performed out of the Peraton facility and offers flexible hours and telework opportunities.\n\nCandidate will become a member of a mature software development effort using Java as the primary language. The development effort uses Agile methods to assign, track and manage software activities and requirements within the team. This position will allow an early career software developer to develop and broaden their skills in the Java language as well as use current technologies such as Quarkus and PrimeFaces. Use of these technologies allows for full stack development, to include ease of building User Interfaces.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements\nDebug existing software and correct defects\nProvide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards\nDesign and code new software or modify existing software to add new features\nIntegrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments\nDevelop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories Qualifications\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph is required\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.\nNote: 4 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree\nA minimum of 6 months' experience with Java\nFamiliarity with:\n\nAgile methods and tools\nRelational databases such as Postgres\nUsing Maven, Git and Jenkins environments\nAbility to work in a team environment; good communication and collaboration skills; self-starter\n\nBenefits:\n\nPeraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap, and eligibility to participate in an attractive bonus plan.\n\nSCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range\n\nDetails\nTarget Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000.
