The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately reporting and documenting incidents during assigned shifts, supervising and training new security officers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.\nMonitor and coordinate security operations to ensure a safe premises.\nAccurately report and document incidents and unusual activities during shifts.\nSupervise, train, and evaluate security officers for appearance, alertness, and performance.\nCommunicate company policies and procedures to all staff.\nRespond promptly to open shifts and assist with client complaints.\nSupport investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.\nStand post at client locations as needed for emergencies or additional support.\nInspect and replace equipment used by security officers.\nQualifications and Requirements:\nEffective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to use independent judgment.\nClean driver’s license (no DUIs or multiple moving violations).
