Our clientele are high-performing professionals who expect a seamless, premium experience from arrival to departure.Position OverviewThe Front Desk & Wellness Agent serves as the primary point of contact for REO CRYO HUB guests while also delivering hands-on wellness services. This role blends hospitality, equipment operation, and facility care to ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience. Full training is provided on all machines and service protocols prior to independent operation.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Client FlowGreet clients warmly and professionally upon arrivalCheck clients in and out efficiently using scheduling and POS softwareConfirm appointments, process payments, and manage membership accountsAnswer questions about services, pricing, contraindications, and membership optionsEducate new clients on available services and recommend appropriate modalitiesUpsell service packages, add-ons, and retail products to support revenue targetsHandle client concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when appropriateWellness Equipment Operation (Full Training Provided)Cryotherapy: Operate whole-body and localized cryotherapy equipment; conduct pre-session screenings; guide clients through sessions safelyLymphatic Compression: Set up and operate compression therapy devices; educate clients on session benefits and duration; monitor client comfort throughoutRed Light Therapy: Operate red light/photobiomodulation panels; position clients correctly; manage session timing per protocolComplete client intake forms and contraindication reviews before each sessionAccurately document all sessions in client recordsPost-Session Sanitation & Room TurnoverThoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment, surfaces, and treatment areas after each sessionRestock supplies and prepare rooms for the next client within designated turnaround timeMaintain a spotless, spa-level environment throughout the facility at all timesLaundry & Linen ManagementWash, dry, and fold client-use supplies including towels, robes, and gownsMaintain adequate par levels of clean linens throughout the shiftInspect linens for wear and flag replacements as neededStore all supplies neatly and in designated areasAdministrative & Facility SupportOpen and/or close the facility per standard operating proceduresMonitor and report supply inventory needs to managementSupport team members during high-volume periodsParticipate in all staff meetings and ongoing training sessionsQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of customer service, hospitality, front desk, or spa experienceProfessional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury wellness brandStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature environmentsComfortable operating wellness technology and learning new equipment quicklyReliable, punctual, and a strong team playerCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)PreferredExperience in a wellness spa, medical spa, fitness, or recovery environmentFamiliarity with cryotherapy, compression therapy, or red-light therapyExperience with scheduling or POS software (Mindbody, Jane App, Square, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive hourly rateComplimentary access to all REO CRYO HUB servicesPaid training on all equipment and wellness protocolsOpportunities for advancement within a growing medically directed brandSupportive, high-energy team environmentWork EnvironmentFast-paced wellness spa environment requiring physical stamina, attention to sanitation standards, and the ability to multitask across front desk and service delivery responsibilities.
