This role is designed as a developmental position, providing hands-on experience with regulated inventory systems, ERP/MRP tools, and compliance processes.\nThe ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working with digital systems, and interested in growing into a higher-level Inventory & Compliance Specialist role over time.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Operations Support\nAssist with weekly cycle counts across raw materials, sub-components, and finished goods.\nSupport monthly inventory reconciliations under the direction of Operations leadership.\nAccurately complete assigned inventory transactions in ERP/MRP and METRC systems.\nHelp maintain organized and compliant storage of all inventory on site.\nSupport staging of materials for production and shipping.\nCompliance & Documentation Support\nSupport compliance with state inventory tracking regulations (e.g., METRC) by accurately completing assigned tasks.\nAssist in documenting inventory transfers between departments, facilities, and partners.\nReceive and document manifests in accordance with company procedures.\nHelp maintain audit-ready documentation and organized digital records.\nAssist with monthly facility inspections related to inventory and compliance\nShipping, Receiving & Facility Support\nAssist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure accurate documentation.\nSupport material handling and movement within the facility.\nPerform occasional pickups and drop-offs at partner facilities as needed.\nMaintain a professional and reliable driving record (clean record preferred).\nPurchasing & Consumables Support\nMonitor consumable inventory levels and report replenishment needs.\nAssist in preparing Purchase Orders for review and approval.\nSupport inventory forecasting efforts under supervision.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nWillingness to learn regulated inventory systems\nBasic familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (preferred but not required)\nClear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset\nAbility to follow structured procedures and maintain documentation accuracy\nValid driver’s license (preferred)\nGrowth Opportunity\nThis position is structured as a developmental role with the opportunity to grow into an Inventory & Compliance Specialist position.
