NEW! Outpatient Physical Therapist
Deliver the Kind of Care You’re Proud Of
You did not become a Physical Therapist to rush, cut corners, and spend your evenings buried in notes. You became a PT to solve real problems, build trust, and help people get their lives back.
If you are craving an outpatient role where your clinical thinking is valued, your pace supports great care, and your day still feels sustainable, you will like what we are building at Ability Allies Greenland.
Here, you can actually practice the way you were trained: listen, assess, treat, educate, and progress patients with intention, not urgency. You will be supported by a tight-knit, upbeat team that shows up for each other and treats patients as individuals, not just time slots.
A clinic the community already believes in, Ability Allies is 5-star rated on Google with 100+ five-star reviews and recognized as a Best of the Seacoast finalist. That credibility matters because you are stepping into a clinic where patients already want this level of care, so you can build a strong caseload without having to prove the value of quality from scratch.
Why PTs love Ability Allies
40 to 60 minute appointments: You have the space to deliver real evaluations, hands-on treatment, coaching, and progression. You finish your day feeling proud of your care, not drained by speed.
One-on-one care that stays one-on-one: Patient-centered treatment with thoughtful progression. More connection, better outcomes, and a workday that feels like the reason you became a PT.
Mentorship and training that support real growth: Mentorship is available, and collaboration is part of the culture. If you want to keep levelling up in ortho, build skills in pediatrics, or expand into dry needling, you will be supported.
Flexibility that respects real life: Flexible scheduling, with start times as early as 7:00 am and last appointments typically 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A schedule that works, without giving up the quality of care you care about.
This role is a strong fit if you:
Are a licensed Physical Therapist (or will be licensed soon)
Want to practice in a clinic where quality is protected, not rushed
Enjoy orthopedic care and solving real movement problems
Have an interest in obtaining a new certification (or want to grow into it - we choose the best path together)
Have experience with dry needling or want to develop that skillset
Value one-on-one patient care and thoughtful progression, not quick fixed
Are looking for a long-term clinic home where you can grow, specialize, and keep leveling up
Why experienced PTs thrive here
You will likely love this role if you have 3+ years of experience and you are ready for a clinic that trusts your judgement. New grads - feel free to reach out if this feels like potential to you.
Autonomy to treat your way: You are trusted to bring your expertise to every session, not squeezed into a cookie-cutter approach.
Room to specialize, mentor, or grow into leadership: If your next chapter is building a niche, mentoring others, or stepping into advancement, this clinic supports that path.
Preferred background: Ortho preferred and dry needling (or interest in getting certified)
New grads: Possibly, if you are highly coachable and want mentorship.
Your impact here
Every day, you help patients move better, recover faster, and return to the activities they love, and you get to do it in an environment built for real care.
You start your day with focused one-on-one sessions where you have time to connect, problem-solve, and execute a plan that works. You collaborate with a team that values your input, supports your growth, and celebrates wins, because the work matters and the people matter.
