documentation up to date and share knowledge through coaching, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.\r\nMonitor migrated applications and continuously improve cloud performance, cost, and efficiency.\r\nRequirementsYou'll need a strong technical foundation, combined with the confidence to guide teams and make important architectural and delivery decisions.\r\nEssential technical experience:Strong Java development skills, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, collections, generics, and exception handling.\r\nExtensive experience with Java frameworks, particularly Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.\r\nAt least 10 years' experience in IT, Software Development, or DevOps, with 10+ years in a relevant programming language.\r\nStrong project delivery and project management capabilities.\r\nExperience with Agile methodologies and managing work across multiple Agile teams.\r\nKnowledge of system integration, requirements analysis, technical planning, and solution design.\r\nExperience coordinating development and support environments.\r\nProficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, and Bitbucket.\r\nExperience with DevOps, transition management, and problem, incident, and change management.\r\nResource planning, budget management, and technical team leadership experience.\r\nPrevious exposure to a finance function, either directly or through supporting a finance-focused team.\r\nAdditional technical experience that will give you an edge:AWS or Azure cloud architecture and services.\r\nServerless development, including AWS Lambda.\r\nKafka, streaming services, and publish/subscribe (Pub/Sub) technologies.\r\nDocker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.\r\nMainframe technologies and databases, including COBOL, PL/1,
