Electrical AssemblerOur client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical systems, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be an essential part of the Assembly department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.Location: Hobart, WIShift: 1st Shift, Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMWhat's the Job?Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.Install electronic components such as sensors, controllers, and circuit boards with precision and care.Route, secure, and terminate wiring to ensure stable and reliable electrical connections.Execute lock out tag out procedures to ensure safety during assembly activities.Inspect, test, and calibrate electrical components to verify functionality and compliance with standards.What's Needed?0-2 years of experience in electrical assembly or related manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Willingness to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a supportive and safety-conscious environment.Hands-on experience with electrical systems and components.Potential for skill development and career growth within the organization.Consistent work schedule with overtime as needed.Being part of a team that values safety, quality, and collaboration.
