In this role, you’ll help protect our team by ensuring hazards are addressed promptly, emergency exits are clear, and facility spaces are well-maintained.What You'll DoClean and maintain shipping docks, restrooms, offices, and common areas.Ensure emergency exits, railings, and safety zones are free of hazards.Perform routine deep cleaning (dusting, windows, vents, power washing).Restock supplies, reorganize storage areas, and update cleaning logs.Patrol the property and report or resolve safety concerns.What Success Looks LikeThe facility is consistently clean, safe, and free of hazards.Emergency exits, docks, and work areas always remain unobstructed.Cleaning supplies and tools are stocked, and storage areas stay organized.Deep-cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and documented.Employees and visitors notice and appreciate a well-maintained environment that supports safe operations.What You’ll Need To SucceedStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Ability to manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.Comfortable working in a distribution center environment.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Relevant experience aligned with the responsibilities of this roleCompensation$20 per hourScheduleMonday through Friday: 6:30 am to 4:30 pmComprehensive BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHRA, HSA, and FSA reimbursement accountsBasic & Voluntary Life InsuranceShort & Long-term Disability InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysFitness Program ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program401K Savings Plan with a company matchWhy Join UsAt M&D, you’ll be part of a mission that matters.
